About PakTools Hub
Last updated: October 2026
PakTools Hub was created with a simple observation: students, job seekers, freelancers and office workers in Pakistan repeat the same small digital tasks every day โ shrinking a PDF below 200KB for a PPSC application, merging certificates into one file, calculating a CGPA before an internship deadline, checking an exact age against a government job's age limit. Each task is small, but the tools for them are often paid, full of pop-ups, or require uploading private documents to unknown servers.
What we offer
- File tools โ PDF to Word, Word to PDF, merge, split, compress, PDFโJPG, image compression and resizing.
- Student tools โ percentage and GPA/CGPA calculators, a word counter, an English typing speed test, an age calculator, and a unit converter that includes Pakistani land units like Marla and Kanal.
- Career resources โ a carefully explained directory of the job and internship websites Pakistanis actually use, including the official government portals.
- Learning guides โ short, original articles that teach the formulas and ideas behind the tools.
How our tools work โ and why it matters
Every tool on PakTools Hub runs entirely in your browser. When you convert or compress a file, the work happens on your own phone or computer: your CNIC scans, certificates and letters are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. This design also keeps the site free to run and fast to use on slow connections.
Our principles
- Free tools, no sign-up, no forced registrations.
- Honest results โ if a file does not shrink, we say so instead of pretending.
- Original content written for Pakistani users โ no copied articles or fake claims.
- Privacy by design: no accounts, no document uploads, no tracking of your files.
PakTools Hub is an independent project and is not affiliated with any government body, commission or the external websites linked in our Jobs and Internships sections. We are glad you are here โ if a tool helped you, share it with a classmate or colleague who is preparing their own application.
