Why do government jobs ask for age “on the closing date”?
Most Pakistani government advertisements (PPSC, FPSC, Army, Police) fix an age limit that is checked on the last date for applying, not the day you read the ad. Set the “as of” date to the closing date here to check your eligibility exactly as the department will.
